Strategic Action Groups (SAGs) are designed for small groups -- you and several of your peers -- as you work with a Remodelers Advantage consultant to focus on one area of your business. This area of business could be:
increasing sales,
estimating accurately,
lead generation,
developing a customized strategic plan, or
implementing QuickBooks Pro.
Each of these programs are designed to help remodeling company owners, like you, restructure and re-energize their businesses. The best part is you can participate in the convenience of your office without the added expenses of travel and hotel.
These high-in-demand peer review groups use telephone, email and the internet to work together as you progress through the development of your customized system. And, as a bonus, you whole team can participate in the conversation!

You’ll reap the most rewards from a Strategic Action Group if you…
commit to the program and its requirements, wholeheartedly, including faithful attendance at all teleconferences;
enjoy and complete all homework, conscientiously, recognizing its critical role in the pathway to change and heightened profitability;
share your concerns, are open-minded and welcome advice from your peers;

Structure
The Strategic Action Groups last between six to nine months and incorporate 90 minute telephone sessions with a Remodelers Advantage Facilitator and a group of peers. The calls are conducted through a telephone bridge line which you can access from anywhere. Typically, 10-12 companies participate in each SAG to ensure maximum interaction and personal, one-on-one attention.
In addition, homework plays a crucial role in this program. You’ll be asked to complete homework prior to each session and email it to the group’s facilitator and group members for review, feedback, ideas and discussion at the next teleconference. Assignments can range from creating a budget for profit, a company mission statement or organizational chart to writing an elevator speech for referral generation or reading a couple chapters in the best-selling remodeling books, Mastering the Business of Remodeling, co-authored by Remodelers Advantage Founder Linda Case and President Victoria Downing; The Remodelers Guide to Making and Managing Money, authored by Linda Case or The Remodelers Marketing PowerPak, co-authored by Linda Case and Victoria Downing.
You’ll also have direct access to your facilitator through email for answers and clarifications to questions. That way, you’ll no longer be stuck with any issues that are impeding your company performance and profitability.

Investment
Your investment could range from $895 - $1195 depending on the length of the specific program and whether you are a member or non-member. More complex topics may require a longer time frame to complete.

Is the Program Guaranteed?
Yes, with conditions. If you complete all the assigned homework and attend all the teleconferences, you'll achieve the results outlined on this page. If you attend all the sessions, complete the assignments, and are still not satisfied, we’ll give you a refund, no questions asked. If you don’t attend all the sessions and/or complete the homework, the only guarantee is that you will not get the results you want!
