Natalie Putnam is a logistics executive with over 35 years of experience in the trucking, warehousing, eCommerce fulfillment and rail logistics industires. In Ms. Putnam’s most recent role she was Chief Commercial Officer at Verst Logistics, where she led the companies sales & marketing strategy along with oversight for fleet and brokerage operations.

Before joining Verst Logistics, she served as vice president marketing strategy at Ryder System, Inc. where she was responsible for developing the marketing plans in critical sectors, including healthcare, technology, retail, and automotive. Her previous experience includes a wide range of roles including vice president of sales and marketing at Kansas City Southern Railroad, and senior vice president of transportation and logistics solutions at YRC Freight where she worked for over 20 years.

Ms. Putnam has a bachelor of science in business from Central Michigan University, as well as additional, advanced education in business marketing strategy from Kellogg School of Business. She is also a certified trainer of Crucial Conversations – Vital Smarts.

Ms. Putnam serves on the advisory board for AWESOME, a supply chain organization for Advancing Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations Management and Education. She is on the board of ALAN, American Logistics Aid Netowrk and she has been a life long supporter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and has served on the boards of the foundation in Florida, Michigan, Kansas, and Kentucky.
