Can I split a purchase between Professional Service Credits and Credit Card?
No, purchases cannot be split between two different methods of payment. During checkout you must select the payment method. Our system does not allow you to select multiple payment methods.
What if I don’t have enough Professional Service Credits to purchase something?
Short on PSCs? No problem! Additional Professional Service Credits may be purchased here.
How can I see how many Professional Service Credits I have available?
To view your Professional Service Credits (PSCs), or other information about your account, sign into RemodelersAdvantage.com and click “My Account” in the upper right hand corner. How do I spend my Professional Service Credits?
You can spend your Professional Service Credits (PSCs) on most items in our Store. PSCs can also be used for Consulting with any of our Consultants. They can also be used to pay for Production Manager Roundtables Dues.
How can I get extra Professional Service Credits?
Additional Professional Service Credits (PSCs) can be purchased here.
How do I receive my Professional Service Credits (PSC’s)?
Professional Service Credits (PSCs) are applied to the Primary Member’s Account upon payment of Roundtables Dues. If you choose to pay Roundtables Dues Annually, 12 PSCs will be credited to your account. If you pay monthly, 1 PSC will be credited per month.
