Bailey Heather

I grew up in North Dallas with a passion for volleyball, competing at a high level from an early age. That dedication led me to earn a scholarship to Fort Lewis College, where I played collegiate volleyball and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Economics, graduating Cum Laude. 

My high school sweetheart—now husband—was also recruited to play football at Fort Lewis, and we both graduated from there before getting married in 2024.

Following graduation, I pursued my Master’s degree in Sports Management and Coaching at the Rome City Institute in Italy, where I also continued playing volleyball. Living and studying abroad deepened my appreciation for teamwork, leadership, and cross-cultural communication—skills I continue to carry with me today.

After returning to the U.S., I joined my family’s residential remodeling business, where I spent five years honing my expertise in sales, design, and marketing.

Over time, I became more drawn to the strategic and developmental side of the industry, which led me to join Remodelers Advantage in 2025. I’m excited to bring my experience and energy to help our members grow, connect, and thrive.
