Boss

With a nose for trouble (and snacks), Boss keeps the Remodelers Advantage office safe from squirrels, rogue delivery drivers, and any suspicious activity on the sidewalk. Always alert (except during his regularly scheduled naps), he’s the first to sound the alarm if someone dares walk past without acknowledging him.

Boss takes his role seriously. He conducts daily rounds to ensure all staff members are accounted for, all lunch bags have been thoroughly sniffed, and the treat jar is well stocked. If you’re having a rough day, he offers immediate emotional support in the form of tail wags and soulful stares until you smile—or offer him a snack. (Either one works.)

An expert in hallway patrols and conference room lounging, Boss has also recently taken on the role of morale manager. His leadership style is firm but fair, and he strongly believes in the power of mid-day sunshine breaks and ear scratches.

In his free time, Boss enjoys chasing invisible intruders, unstuffing plush toys, and barking during Zoom calls at the most important moments.
