Remodelers Advantage, home to the industry’s largest peer group program, Remodelers Advantage Roundtables™, is proud to announce the expansion of their Roundtables™ facilitator team. Roundtables™ facilitators bring industry knowledge to their role as they both lead the meetings for Roundtables™ members and share their expertise to help members build strong, consistently profitable remodeling companies.

This special group of savvy business owners were hand-picked because of their passion for helping their peers succeed, for the highly-effective Roundtables™ program itself, and for continual improvement and growth of their own companies.

New facilitators include
David Bryan, CGR, CAPS Blackdog Builders, Inc., Salem, New Hampshire. David and his team have grown Blackdog Builders, Inc. to nearly $6 million in annual volume with a team of more than 40 employees. This company has received national recognition for excellence in design and business practices because of his work. One of the core values that Bryan is most passionate about is to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Bryan said, “I enjoy helping owners look beyond their business to realize there is more to life. When we build strong independent companies we can create endless opportunities to live a life that most people only dream of.” With experience within his nationally recognized company and his value of work/life balance, he will guide remodelers to strive towards success in and out of the workplace.

Tom Mitchell, CGP Mitchell Construction Group, Inc., Medfield, Massachusetts. As a second generation remodeler, Tom Mitchell, was exposed at a young age what goes into making a successful remodeler. Mitchell is the Founder and Owner of. With 25 years of experience, Mitchell Construction Group, Inc. has received recognition for multiple achievements, including the Remodeling Big 50, CoTY, excellence in design, and customer service awards. Along with being a Remodelers Advantage member for eight years, Mitchell has been a leader in other industry organizations.

Craig Deimler, CGR, CAPS, RCS Deimler & Sons Construction, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to being the president of this successful company, Craig is also currently the president of a local Home Builders Association and teaches classes for the National Home Builders Association. Having held a membership since 1998, he is an experienced Remodelers Advantage member. Within Remodelers Advantage, he has been a trainer in the virtually presented Strategic Action Groups, as well as a featured presenter at the bi-annual Master Your Remodeling Business Workshops, presented by Remodelers Advantage Inc. Already being a leader in the industry and mentor to peers, he will continue his guidance as a facilitator.

Craig Durosko, CR, CGP Sun Design Remodeling Specialists, Inc., Burke, Virginia. Starting the business in 1988 as a one person sunroom repair and deck building shop, Craig Durosko, now is the Founder and Chairman of Sun Design in Remodeling, a successful company with over 50 employees. Having worn almost every hat in the organization, Durosko has a well-rounded skill set within the industry. He has been on the National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s Metro DC chapter board and has served as its education chairperson for many years. Due to his success, Durosko has won multiple Image Awards and the President’s Award from NARI, and is a regular columnist for industry trade magazine, Professional Remodeler.

Ty Melton Melton Design/Build, Boulder, Colorado. Bringing experience from a young age, Ty Melton started in the construction industry during high school. Melton is now the Founder and President of Melton Design Build, starting the business 1993 because he saw a need in the marketplace for the services of a design build company in the Boulder, Colorado area. With a wide scope of work, Melton Design Build has completed projects in multiple areas, including additions, bathrooms, pop-tops, basements, kitchens, decks, offices and so much more. Melton has found an above-par work/life balance and is able to volunteer regularly in the community.

These facilitators will begin their life as Remodelers Advantage facilitators at the upcoming Fall 2014 Roundtables™ Community Meetings in Charleston, South Carolina. During this set of meetings, all of the Remodelers Advantage Roundtables™ community will meet in one location to work on critical skills to increase business success. With the guidance of the entire facilitator team, Roundtables members will identify strengths and obstacles, develop action plans, and share solutions as they improve the overall performance of their businesses.
