Jessica Lipson

Jessica got her HR start in NYC at a digital ad agency right out of college. As an HR Coordinator, Jessica gained foundational experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. 

With a few years of experience, Jessica transitioned to an HR Generalist role, where responsibilities broadened to include benefits administration, performance management, and handling employee concerns. It was at this time that Jessica decided to go back to school to pursue her Masters in HR Management. This gave Jessica a foundation in leadership that then led to expertise in implementing HR policies, supporting talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

 In the past 10 years, at a Director and VP level Jessica has since led initiatives in employee engagement, data-driven workforce planning, and process improvement, leveraging her broad HR knowledge to support both employee needs and organizational goals.
