With a background in Office Management and Software Support & Marketing, I joined Michael Hodgin’s Coleman Creek Construction in 2013 as the company’s first Operations Administrator. This is where I learned the ins and outs of Quickbooks, construction accounting, and project management software.

In 2016 Michael made the wise decision to join Roundtables and we were introduced to the RA concepts and practices that would guide the Coleman Creek team over the next several years. As a result we were able to develop more effective internal systems and tighten up our financial processes to a higher level of profitability and growth.

Since I became a consultant in 2018 I’ve gotten in the weeds of bookkeeping, integrating, timekeeping and job costing with dozens of RA members around the US and Canada from my home office in Southern Oregon. I’m thrilled to be able to share the many lessons I learned in my time with Coleman Creek to help other remodelers who are ready to make changes and implement RA recommendations but aren’t sure of the exact steps they need to take, or who know what they need to focus on but don’t have the admin bandwidth in-house to complete the work.
