Event Cancellation Policy
Refunds
For a full refund, cancellations must be made four weeks (28 calendar days) prior to the event date.
Masterclasses
For cancellations made less than four weeks out (28 calendar days), the registration fee is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another class of equal or less value taking place within one calendar year, or the current class registration may be transferred to another person within your organization. Any transfer requests received less than one week (7 calendar days) prior to the class date will be subject to a $200 rescheduling fee. Registrants who do not show up for a class and do not notify us will forfeit all funds.
Conferences/workshops
For cancellations made less than four weeks out (28 calendar days), the registration fee is non-refundable, but the current registration may be transferred to another person within your organization. If you choose not to transfer your registration to another person, you may transferred to another conference or class of equal or less value taking place within one calendar year, subject to a $200 rescheduling fee. Any transfer requests received less than one week (7 calendar days) prior to the event date will be assessed a rescheduling fee of 50% of the regular event registration price. Registrants who do not show up for a conference or workshop have one week after the event date to notify us of their absence. At that time, registrants have the option to transfer to another conference or class, subject to a rescheduling fee of 75% of the regular event registration price. Registrants who do not notify us of their absence within the allotted seven (7) days will forfeit all funds.
Cancellation by Remodelers Advantage
Remodelers Advantage Inc. (RAI) reserves the right to cancel any event at any time. In the unlikely occasion that RAI would need to cancel an event, we will communicate with registered participants via the email used in their registration as soon as possible. RAI will issue a full refund of the registration fee paid or reschedule to a future event date (at the registrant’s discretion), but RAI will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the event, including but not limited to travel and lodging.
