Jerry Swartentruber

I started in construction with my father at a young age doing excavating and building new homes which gained me the experience that ignited my passion for the industry.

In my early 20’s I had the opportunity to join my brother in law’s construction business as a Project Manager which provided experience in both residential new homes and remodeling. It was during this time that I was able to attend Tim Fallers production classes and apply that training to how I would lead my team on the jobsite.

I joined Golden Rule Builders in April of 2010 as Project Manager, and my role grew and evolved as the company also grew and evolved.

After 3 years as a Project Manager, I took the role of the Production Manager leading our production team as we serve our clients through remodeling and new home construction.

Today I serve both as the Production Manager and on the Leadership team here at Golden Rule Builders. I have a passion in leading team members to become more and better through providing the mentorship and training that they need to excel in their career and personal life.
