For many Roundtables members, reaching the Mentor level represents years of growth, leadership, and commitment to building stronger remodeling businesses. Recently, the Mentor 4 group gathered in Truckee, California to continue that journey together.
This group represents some of the strongest and most accomplished remodeling companies in the country and the group dug into meaningful discussions about leadership, strategy, team development, and the decisions that will shape the future of their companies. The value of these meetings comes from the trust that has been built over time—members are able to speak openly about both their successes and the challenges they’re working through, knowing they’ll receive thoughtful feedback from peers who truly understand the business.
For many members across the program, groups like Mentor 4 represent what’s possible over time. As remodelers grow their companies and deepen their relationships within Roundtables, they move into conversations that become increasingly strategic, leadership-focused, and impactful.
Thank you to the Mentor 4 members for continuing to raise the bar and for the example they set for the entire Roundtables community.
