As part of our ongoing effort to improve the member experience, we’re transitioning away from OnBoard and moving to a new, streamlined system built directly into the Roundtables Member Portal you already use.

This new internal platform keeps your agendas, documents, and group resources all in one place, giving you a cleaner workflow and giving us more flexibility to support your group as Roundtables continue to evolve. The change officially takes effect for **Spring 2026 meetings**, so what you do now helps set the stage for a smoother experience going forward.
