Last week, we hosted our first in-person JumpStart in quite a while, bringing new members together at the RA office for two focused days of orientation and connection.
JumpStart is where new members get grounded—reviewing how the program works, aligning on expectations, and beginning to apply the disciplines that drive results inside their businesses. Being together in person allowed for deeper conversations, clearer context, and stronger early momentum.
Equally important, JumpStart is where relationships begin. New members spent time with the RA team and learned which peer group they’ll be joining, setting the foundation for accountability, trust, and collaboration moving forward.
This wasn’t just a refresher—it was a strong launch. Our newest members left with clarity, direction, and a solid footing as they step fully into the RA community.
