My brother founded the company in 2000 and I joined him in 2002 as a laborer. I had zero experience in the industry but was eager to learn. I eventually became a carpenter, then a head carpenter and eventually a project manager.

I was in the project manager role for 5 years before I was promoted to the Production Manager role. In that role I developed all the processes and systems we use today with the help of the Poseidon roundtable group and Tim Faller.

In 2019, I made the the change to Chief Operating Officer and head of sales. I have been in that role ever since.
