Michael Barkhouse

I began with a small remodeling company in their early years and together we built and industry leading company that focused on mid to high end renovations with additions. I participated in our local home builders association as well as the renovators council. Throughout my 19 years with this company I continued to attend building science seminars as well as personal growth and team building training sessions. I spent the last 10 years as the Construction Manager.

I have been with my current company for 5 years and we are primarily a new home builder but also do larger remodels as well as small small commercial construction. As construction manager I work closely with the owner of the company to ensure we continue building his company with a focus on customer service and quality. We have very little staff turnover and a lot of repeat customers. We rely on referrals for our sales lead and rather than a marketing campaign. This method ensures we are working with our clients to ensure they are satisfied and referring us through all phases of their project.

We work very hard to communicate well and hold each other to high standards. We do the majority of our excavations, framing, siding and post and beam work in house. We have also developed an After Sales Service process that is second to none. It begins with ensuring our projects are 100% complete and deficiency free when we turn the project over to our clients. It is not easy but it works.
