After spending years working in my family’s remodeling business, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the unique challenges—and incredible rewards—of this industry. Remodeling is more than just transforming homes; it’s about building trust, solving problems, and constantly adapting to change. And like many of you, I’ve experienced firsthand how demanding that can be.
That’s why I’m so excited to share that I’ve recently joined Remodelers Advantage as the new Enrollment Manager. This isn’t just a new job for me—it’s a meaningful shift into a role where I get to help other remodelers grow, thrive, and connect with the resources that truly make a difference.
Why the Change?
Leaving the family business wasn’t an easy decision. But I knew I was ready for a new challenge—one where I could use my experience to support others in the industry I care so much about. When I spoke with Victoria and learned more about this opportunity, it felt like the perfect fit. She encouraged me to apply, and I’m so grateful she did.

What I’ll Be Doing
As the Enrollment Manager, I’ll be your first point of contact if you’re considering joining the RA community. I’ll help you understand how our programs work, what to expect, and how to get the most out of your membership. My goal is to make sure every new member feels welcomed, supported, and set up for success from day one.
