These are required fields.
When you choose “Finish and Submit” on the Check Your Data Here and Submit tab, the system will check that all of these fields have been completed.
If not, you will be required to fill them in before your data is fully submitted.
It is not necessary to have these filled in if you are choosing “Save and Continue Later”.
