Women in Remodeling Sales: Confidence, Competence & Career Growth

Sales in residential remodeling isn’t just about numbers. It’s about trust.

When you walk into someone’s home, you step into their most personal space. That changes the conversation. It requires empathy, clarity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to guide clients toward decisions that matter.

In this episode, Greg Woleck sits down with two seasoned sales leaders, Tracy Bullock and Lissa Versteegh, to talk about what real professional development looks like for women in sales — and why competence, confidence, and structure make all the difference.

This conversation isn’t about obstacles for the sake of talking about obstacles. It’s about capability. It’s about growth. And it’s about what happens when people are given the tools and support to succeed.
